The Winter Table Policies
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking (100% upfront). All payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is permitted with 7 days advance notice, subject to availability. After one reschedule, all bookings are final.
Guest Count
Final guest count is due 48 hours before your event. Maximum capacity is 18 guests.
Dietary Preferences
Dietary preferences are due 72 hours before your event. We accommodate dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian). We cannot accommodate allergies (nuts, shellfish, gluten, dairy).
Cancellation
All payments are non-refundable. If you must cancel, you may reschedule once with 7 days notice (subject to availability).
Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather that makes travel unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional charge. This does not count toward your one complimentary reschedule.
Availability
The Winter Table is available on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 4:00 PM through December 21, 2025.
Signature Coffret Policies
Payment
Full payment is required upfront. All payments are non-refundable. Orders are final once placed.
Minimum Order
Minimum order is 5 coffrets ($375).
Ordering Window
Orders must be placed between November 15, 2025 and December 15, 2025.
Delivery
Delivery is included within Wichita city limits. Coffrets will be delivered between December 16-21, 2025. TFT assigns the specific delivery date to ensure optimal freshness.
Changes & Cancellations
No cancellations or changes are permitted after order confirmation. All sales are final.
Custom Messages
Each coffret includes a handwritten card. You may provide a custom message or branding request at the time of order.
Gift Certificates Policies
Validity
Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Redemption
Reservation is required in advance, subject to availability. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
Refund Policy
Gift certificates are non-refundable once purchased.
Value
Each gift certificate is for ONE guest at $90 per guest.
